project of the University of Virginia (UVA), and ownership remains with the UVA.

This dataset was collected using standardized techniques for
Surface Elevation Tables from USGS at:
http://www.pwrc.usgs.gov/set/
Collectors: Blum- RSET, Brinson-SET, Christian-MH
NOTES:
SETs: SET change in marsh surface elevation (cm)
Bench mark driven to depth of refusal, which is assumed to be the
Pleistocene surface; that depth varied from approximately 6 ft - 16
ft.
RSETs: Root Zone SET change in marsh surface elevation (cm)
All bench marks set to a depth of 20 cm or the bottom of root
zone
MHs:
Depth of sediment and roots above feldspar MH (mm)
Data was reformatted and consolidated into a single table by
