Create a Statistical Analysis System (SAS) program from an Ecological Metadata Language (EML) document

Notes:

• The EML document must include at least one dataTable entity, including attributeList and physical entity, so that there is adequate information for SAS to act on.
  
• Currently the data must be in a text file stored on your computer. If someone wants to work on direct SQL connections etc., please feel free to do so (see below).
• The latest version of the EMLdataset2SAS.xsl stylesheet used to create the SAS program is available at: http://cvs.lternet.edu/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/VCR/eml_statistical_tools/
