BIOD Location Queries

Biodiversity Folks,

As promised, the location queries are now working with the Biodiversity
Database. The under construction sign will remain on while I test the
selection of overlapping locations, but it seems to work for selecting
all the locations within a specified area and for selecting areas that
include the specified area, so feel free to start working on your
project in earnest.

I've also added display of WWW addresses (where they were provided) to
the species display page.
